These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of kachirasoi.com and to every order placed on it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, including material, size, capacity and number of pieces. Many of our products are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, texture, finish and size are natural and are not defects. Product photos are taken on a plain background, and props are not included unless listed in the description.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged is the price shown in your cart at checkout. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking through a secure payment gateway, and Cash on Delivery where available. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS once your order is placed. An order is accepted when it is dispatched. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or payment cannot be verified; any amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Shipping
We ship across India. Processing times, delivery estimates and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, replacements and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy. You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched.
Offers and coupons
Offers and coupon codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and one coupon applies per order unless stated otherwise.
Food and herbal products
Dry fruits, spices and herbs are natural food products. Check the label and description for storage guidance. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; consult a qualified practitioner if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or have a medical condition.
Use of the website
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos and designs, belongs to KPreet Venture Private Limited unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access restricted areas, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Privacy
We only use your personal information to process orders and provide support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Grievance officer
For any complaint about an order or this website, write to sales@kachirasoi.com with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
