Return & Refund Policy
At Kachi Rasoi, we take pride in offering handcrafted clay, brass, copper, and kitchen products that are carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and size may occur and should not be considered defects.
Returns
We generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Reporting Window
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Manufacturing defect in the product.
- Order confirmed lost by the courier partner.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products.
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
- Natural variations associated with handmade products.
- Sale or clearance items unless received damaged.
Replacement Process
Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
