Like many families, we never thought much about the cookware in our kitchen. We carefully selected fresh vegetables, pure spices, and quality ingredients, yet rarely questioned the utensils we cooked in every day.
One day, during a family conversation about healthy cooking, we found ourselves remembering our grandparents' kitchen—brass handis slowly simmering dal, brass utensils passed down through generations, copper vessels polished with care, and kansa thalis that were a part of everyday meals.
These weren't luxury items. They were trusted kitchen essentials chosen for their durability, craftsmanship, and connection to traditional Indian cooking traditions.
